As a part of "The Leap - Outbound Training for Transformational Growth" program, the OBT organized for the teachers of Lumens School, Vapi was a highly engaging and enriching experience focused on team building, leadership, and personal development. Conducted in an outdoor setting Kilad Eco Tourism Campsite, the training involved a series of thoughtfully designed activities and challenges that encouraged collaboration, problem-solving, and effective communication among the participants.

Through experiential learning exercises, teachers gained valuable insights into teamwork, trust-building, and adaptability, which are essential in an educational environment.
